or using this Digital Read Out software.

Lindsay Engraving Inc. does not warrant that Digital Read Out 
software will function properly in all hardware and software 
environments.  Digital Read Out may not work with modified 
versions of the operating system, certain resident software 
applications, or hardware that is not 100% compatible with that 
provided by International Business Machines Corporation.

Although Lindsay Engraving Inc. has tested the software, Lindsay 
Engraving Inc. makes no warranty or representation, either 
expressed or implied, with respect to this product and 
documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, or 
fitness for a particular purpose.  As a result this software and 
documentation are licensed "as is", and you, the licensee, are 
assuming the entire risk as to their quality and performance.  THE 
LICENSEE AND NOT LINDSAY ENGRAVING INC., ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST 
OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICE OR REPAIR.   

Lindsay Engraving Inc., reserves the right to revise this 
user's guide and all accompanying software and documentation 
and to make changes in the content without obligation to notify 
any person or organization of the revision or change.

In no event will Lindsay Engraving Inc. be liable for direct, 
indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out 
of the use or inability to use this software or documentation, even 
if advised of the possibility of such damages.  Lindsay Engraving 
Inc., shall have no liability for any hardware, or data stored or 
used with the product, including the costs or repairing, replacing, 
or recovering such hardware, software, or data.

Limitations of Remedies

REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY REMEDY SET FORTH 
HEREIN FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT 
WILL LINDSAY ENGRAVING INC. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR 
ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR 
DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA 
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE 
SOFTWARE OR ANY DATA SUPPLIED THEREWITH EVEN IF 
LINDSAY ENGRAVING INC. OR ANYONE ELSE HAS BEEN 
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR 
ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR 
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR 
EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  IN NO CASE SHALL

PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE SOFTWARE.
