TVG.EXE contains both TVGSCM.LIB and TVGPCB.LIB. 

TBG.EXE is a typing error, should be TVG.EXE 

Install Easytrax software as follows 
1. copy Easytrax.exe to c:\easytrax, then execute program. 
2. the same for PRNTGL.exe 
3. The same for TVG.exe 

Only if you and keep to the above order, TVG.exe will automatically overwrite the config files of the previous two programs. 

EasyEdit is the PCB drawing program. Once the PCB design is finished, save it and run EasyPlot to create a plotter file. Next, using PMI.exe, an environment is started in which plotter files can be loaded, selected and printed on a printer. 

Please note the difference between PRNTGL.exe and PRINTGL.exe. The first is a self-extracting compressed file, the second, the application program to print plotter files.
