* UPIOS.EXE is the executable as supplied by the author of the UPIO project.

* The folder SOURCE contains the source files (Delphi version 1) written by the author.
 Unfortunately he did not send us the class TLpt_control.

* Copy BIVBX11.DLL to your WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder before running UPIOS.exe
